Er wird jedoch weniger h\u00e4ufig angebaut, da er anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr Krankheiten ist und geringere Ertr\u00e4ge liefert. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Forastero<\/strong> ist die am weitesten verbreitete Kakaosorte und macht etwa 80-90 % der weltweiten Kakaoproduktion aus. Er ist bekannt f\u00fcr seinen robusten Geschmack und seine Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen Krankheiten, was ihn zu einer beliebten Sorte f\u00fcr den kommerziellen Kakaoanbau macht. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Trinitario <\/strong>ist eine Kreuzung aus Criollo und Forastero und vereint die besten Eigenschaften beider Kakaosorten. Sie hat ein komplexes Geschmacksprofil und ist widerstandsf\u00e4higer gegen Krankheiten als Criollo, was sie zu einer bevorzugten Sorte f\u00fcr Kakao mit feinem Geschmack macht. <\/p>\n<h2>Neueste Kakao-Klassifizierung<\/h2>\n<p>Diese urspr\u00fcngliche Klassifizierung basiert jedoch nicht auf genetischer DNA-Forschung und spiegelt nicht die reiche genetische Vielfalt der Kakaopopulationen in Amazonien wider.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Vielfalt wurde in zehn genetische <strong>Gruppen eingeteilt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Amelonado<\/li>\n<li>Contamana<\/li>\n<li>Criollo<\/li>\n<li>Curaray<\/li>\n<li>Guayana<\/li>\n<li>Iquitos<\/li>\n<li>Mara\u00f1on<\/li>\n<li>Nacional<\/li>\n<li>Nanay<\/li>\n<li>Pur\u00fas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In j\u00fcngerer Zeit wird der Kakao in elf genetische Gruppen eingeteilt, zu denen noch eine weitere Gruppe in Kolumbien mit dem Namen \u201eCaqueta\u201c hinzukommt.<\/p>\n<p>Die genetische DNA-Forschung von Kakaosorten hat erst vor kurzem begonnen, und f\u00fcr die Zukunft ist zu erwarten, dass neue Sorten und viele neue Untersorten entdeckt und identifiziert
