Auch wenn sie nicht sch\u00f6n aussehen, sind beide Arten von Flecken auf Schokolade im Allgemeinen unbedenklich und kein Hinweis darauf, dass die Schokolade schlecht geworden ist. <\/p>\n<h2>Fette Bl\u00fcte<\/h2>\n<p>Fettreif oder wei\u00dfe Schichten und Flecken auf Schokolade entstehen, wenn die Kakaobutter in der Schokolade an die Oberfl\u00e4che steigt und kristallisiert. Dies kann aufgrund von Temperaturschwankungen geschehen, die dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Schokolade schmilzt und dann ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig abk\u00fchlt. <\/p>\n<h2>Zuckerbl\u00fcte<\/h2>\n<p>Zuckerguss entsteht, wenn Feuchtigkeit mit der Schokolade in Kontakt kommt und der Zucker an der Oberfl\u00e4che kristallisiert. Dies kann auf unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Lagerbedingungen oder hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sein. <\/p>\n<p>Schimmel beeintr\u00e4chtigt zwar die Textur und das Aussehen der Schokolade, nicht aber ihren Geschmack oder ihre Sicherheit. Wenn die Schokolade jedoch einen unangenehmen Geschmack oder Geruch hat oder wenn Schimmel vorhanden ist, sollte man sie besser nicht verzehren.
