Cette innovation \u00e9tait r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, car la plupart des chocolats \u00e9taient solides et ne poss\u00e9daient pas de centre moelleux ou liquide. <\/p>\n<p>Neuhaus a nomm\u00e9 sa cr\u00e9ation \u00ab\u00a0<strong>pralin\u00e9<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, bien qu&rsquo;il soit important de noter qu&rsquo;en Belgique, le terme \u00ab\u00a0pralin\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe sp\u00e9cifiquement des chocolats fourr\u00e9s, tandis qu&rsquo;en France, il fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un autre type de confiserie \u00e0 base d&rsquo;amandes enrob\u00e9es de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s du premier bonbon au chocolat de Neuhaus a conduit \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de chocolats fourr\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rentes saveurs et garnitures, posant ainsi les bases de l&rsquo;assortiment moderne de bonbons au chocolat.
