Cependant, il est moins couramment cultiv\u00e9 car il est plus susceptible aux maladies et offre des rendements plus faibles. <\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Forastero<\/strong> est le type de cacao le plus courant, repr\u00e9sentant environ 80 \u00e0 90 % de la production mondiale de cacao. Il est reconnu pour sa saveur robuste et sa r\u00e9sistance aux maladies, ce qui en fait un choix populaire pour la culture commerciale du cacao. <\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Trinitario<\/strong> est un hybride de Criollo et de Forastero, combinant les meilleures caract\u00e9ristiques des deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cacao. Il pr\u00e9sente un profil de saveur complexe et est plus r\u00e9sistant aux maladies que le Criollo, ce qui en fait un choix privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour le cacao de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. <\/p>\n<h2>Derni\u00e8re Classification Du Cacao<\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, cette classification initiale n&rsquo;est pas bas\u00e9e sur des recherches g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ADN et ne refl\u00e8te pas la riche diversit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations de cacao observ\u00e9es en Amazonie.<\/p>\n<p>Cette diversit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e en <strong>dix groupes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Amelonado<\/li>\n<li>Contamana<\/li>\n<li>Criollo<\/li>\n<li>Curaray<\/li>\n<li>Guyane<\/li>\n<li>Iquitos<\/li>\n<li>Mara\u00f1on<\/li>\n<li>Nacional<\/li>\n<li>Nanay<\/li>\n<li>Pur\u00fas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Plus r\u00e9cemment, le cacao est class\u00e9 en onze groupes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, avec l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un groupe suppl\u00e9mentaire situ\u00e9 en Colombie et nomm\u00e9 \u00ab Caquet\u00e1 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche g\u00e9n\u00e9tique ADN des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cacao n&rsquo;a commenc\u00e9 que r\u00e9cemment, et il est pr\u00e9vu que de nouvelles vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et de
