Bien qu&rsquo;elles puissent ne pas \u00eatre tr\u00e8s esth\u00e9tiques, les deux types de floraison sur le chocolat sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sans danger pour la consommation et n&rsquo;indiquent pas que le chocolat est p\u00e9rim\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h2>Floraison Grasse<\/h2>\n<p>La floraison grasse ou la couche et les taches blanches sur le chocolat se produisent lorsque le beurre de cacao pr\u00e9sent dans le chocolat remonte \u00e0 la surface et se cristallise. Cela peut se produire en raison de fluctuations de temp\u00e9rature, entra\u00eenant une fonte du chocolat suivie d&rsquo;un refroidissement in\u00e9gal. <\/p>\n<h2>Floraison Grasse<\/h2>\n<p>La floraison sucr\u00e9e se produit lorsque l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 entre en contact avec le chocolat, entra\u00eenant la cristallisation du sucre \u00e0 la surface. Cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 des conditions de stockage inad\u00e9quates ou \u00e0 une exposition \u00e0 une humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Bien que la floraison affecte la texture et l&rsquo;apparence du chocolat, elle n&rsquo;impacte pas son go\u00fbt ni sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cependant, si le chocolat a un go\u00fbt ou une odeur d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables, ou si de la moisissure est pr\u00e9sente, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas le consommer.
